Brandon Michael Tank of Battle Creek, formerly of Springport,
Passed away as a result of a motorcycle accident, November 13, 2020 at the age of 27. Brandon was born in Jackson, MI, June 10, 1993, to Louis Tank and Debra (Fehr) Sebastian. He enlisted and served with the US Airforce with Operation Enduring Freedom in Kuwait and was stationed in Altus, OK as a Port Dog. Brandon worked for Lakeland Asphalt and was a jack of all trades. He was known for his sense of humor and his generous acts of kindness towards others. In high school, he was a member of the wrestling team and was a district champ. Brandon placed 4th at the state meet in the pole vault and was on the track team. His hobbies included ice and fly fishing, boating, tubing, kayaking, hunting, jumping on the trampoline with his nieces and nephews and sitting by the bonfire enjoying the company of his beloved family.
Brandon is survived by his mother, Debra (Charles “Buddy”) Sebastian of Springport; father, Louis Tank of Barryton; girlfriend, Brittney Southwell and their 2 dogs of Battle Creek; brothers, Louis (Ciera) Tank II of Eaton Rapids, Charles (Jessica) Sebastian of Springport; grandparents, Walter Tank of Barryton, Donna Simmons of Jackson, Gail Fehr of Atlanta, MI; nieces and nephews, Gavin Sebastian, Ashleigh Sebastian, Avery Tank, Charlie Sebastian, Hunter Tank; several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his aunt, Brenda Clemons and several grandparents.
Funeral services will be 11 am Thursday November 19, 2020 at St. Peter Catholic Church. Visitation, which is limited to 50 people at a time, will take place at the Mills Funeral Home, Shelly-Odell Chapel on Wednesday from 6-8 pm and at the church one hour prior to the service. A Rosary will be prayed at the Funeral Home on Wednesday at 8 pm.
