Owen Jeffery Osborn of Eaton Rapids,

Passed away December 27, 2020 at the age of 16. Owen was born in Lansing on September 3, 2004, the son of Ryan Osborn and Jessica (Reinecke) Osborn. He was a sophomore at Eaton Rapids High School. Owen was always smiling, quick with a huge hug and an endless love for life, family and friends. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, water skiing, cars, trucks, and dancing. Owen’s laugh was contagious and instantly made you smile. His stories were endless and his outgoing personality was to be admired. Owen was always willing to help you with everything he had, even if he didn’t know you. “It is not the length of life, it is the depth of life, [Ralph Waldo Emerson]". GOD speed our friend! Give Grandpa Lee and Poppy that hug from all of us!!! Owen's last selfless act was to be a Gift of Life Donor with the hopes that he could help others in need.

Owen is survived by his parents, Ryan and Jessica; sister, Abby Osborn; grandparents, Lenore Osborn, Joli and Daniel Reinecke; great grandparents, Betty Goodrich, Joyce Osborn, Bethelee Kordecki; aunts and uncles, Kelly Osborn, Jillian (Shawn) Finn, Daniel Reinecke Jr; cousins, Tyler, Kelsy, Kortney, Scot, Adriana, Cooper, Addison, Aubrey and Harper. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Kirk Osborn; great grandparents, Lee Osborn, Ralph Goodrich, Leah Reinecke, William Reinecke, Stanley Kordecki.
