Ruth (Mathias) Losh of Lansing formerly of Mason, MI,
Passed away at the age of 82, Saturday June 5, 2021 at home surrounded by her family who loved her so very much. Ruth was born April 29, 1939, in Mason Michigan, to Herbert and Elenor Mathias. She is survived by her husband, Clyde (Sandy) Losh of 55 years, one daughter, Julie (Morris) Hill of Mason, her beloved grandchildren, Moe (Jamie) Hill of Marshall Michigan, Heather (Aaron) Brackenwagen of Mason, Michigan, cherished great grandchildren, Hunter Brackenwagen, Brady Hill, J.J. Hill, Isaiah Hill, Tanner Hill, and then came the baby girl, Maisie Hill. Ruth especially loved all her Great grandchildren, Jack (Helen) Mullholland, Dean (Kay) Mathias, Mary (Ron ) Barker, Dale (Betty) Mathias, Gary (Pam) Mathias and many wonderful nieces & Nephews. Ruth also leaves behind many wonderful friends. Last but not least, her cat and best friend, "Teddy Bear". She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert & Elenor Mathias, her sister Judy Tomlinson, niece, Angie, and nephews Patrick, Dean, Tim & Alex and Cousin Rosalie. Many other family & friends welcomed Ruth into Heaven with open arms.
Ruth loved life to the fullest. She loved her family more than anything and her favorite thing was our 4 day family reunion on Spider Lake. Ruth's most notable awards include, the original Dr Ruth bandage slaying, vinegar drinking, butt slapping, head kissing, bad ass wife, mother, grandma, great grandma, sister, aunt, friend & neighbor. A Celebration of Ruth's life is planned for Thursday June 10, 2021, beginning at 11am at The Ingham County Fairgrounds Events Center 700 E. Ash Street, Mason Michigan 48859.
