Words from his wife: You have always been my rock, my savior.  The best father any child could ask for.  The perfect husband.  Words can't express what you mean to so many people whose lives you have touched.  I will love you forever and always. Until we see each other again.

Sincere condolences to my aunt Shirley, to my cousins, to Shimaun's wife Michelle and their children, as well as extended family and friends.  This was truly heartbreaking.  Shimaun was such a loving family man with a HUGE heart.  He has definitely left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him and I pray for all of us who mourn his passing.  Although I hadn't seen Shimaun in person in years, we communicated regularly through FB.  His positive, upbeat, intelligent and humorous personality will be MISSED.  What a beautiful soul!  As we come to terms with our loss, may we find comfort in knowing that although he is absent from the body, he is present with the Lord.  We LOVE you Shimaun!!

To the Family, I know your pain and grief is heavy... mines is as well. But the love that Shimaun showed to many is most memorable.  He loved his family; his wife, kids, mother, siblings, his aunties and uncles and many cousins and friends... Shaun LOVED US ALL! He was truly an angel here on earth that earned his wings. I pray that God will give us all peace and strength as we move forward with our lives. Shaun will always be in my heart (my little brother) and I will treasure his memories for a lifetime. As his Grandma would always quote during times like these, "Weeping May Endure for a Night, But JOY Comes in the Morning." All My Love, Auntie Dianne Thurman

I know the hardest thing you faced was being separated from your wife and children was something you would have never wanted . You were such a family man,  such a young man gone way too soon , but you leave us with positive energy with love in our hearts.  Until we see each other again and I know we will  , Thank you for being a positive influence in my life and the life of my children.  Hopefully I won't leave another tribute,  this is sinking and I know I have to let go . Jehovah bless you Michelle and I pray you all the strength you need to get through this and my nieces and nephews as well.  I know you Love your Husband and I know he Loved you his children and family as well .
